We all stumble.  We all at some point half-ass it.  Lack complete understanding, miss the point or parts of it or drop the ball.  That’s okay, we’re human.  Begin again or just pick up where you left off and continue forward.  You have only one life to live. Live the life you want the best way you can. Live it your way because at the end of the day or life it’s you that stands alone in the departure. You hold the responsibility whether you own up to it or not- come what may.  Take the driver’s seat now while the opportunity of choice still lives even IF it is only in the way you think or feel.  Change begins within.  We are all heading the same direction and there are an infinite number of paths to get there. Pick One!

This statement below makes me smile.  It encapsulates the negative turning it to the positive in truth and allowing the freedom to just be.

Week 18-a Awareness, Attention And Practice

Is what you believe about yourself the harness that holds you back or the empowering magic that sets you free?

Limiting Beliefs Are A Prison.  Break free and embrace the power that is you.  Create the reality you want to live by tearing down the walls of beliefs you have accepted about yourself without even realizing what you are doing because perception is everything.  Perception put to action is our reality.  Cause and effect.  Change your cause by changing your mind.   

The example of the baby elephant in the book below was very powerful for me.

Week 18 Your Inner Self-Talk Shapes Your Reality

 

Self-Talk Creates Reality Neville Goddard

This lecture by Neville Goddard has some wonderful examples of how we talk to ourselves and how that self-talk reflects in our daily lives.  How easy it is not to even recognize what you are doing because we all talk to ourselves constantly it is a natural function of beings.   Without the religious content this talk would still apply and possesses great wisdom for the common man in the same way the greats e.g. Socrates shared wisdom of the ages with his time that still applies today.

Do you argue with yourself or other people in your mind before it happens in reality?  I know I do especially when I am frustrated about something going on in my life that involves other people.  It was that example of daily living in the here and now in the lecture that hit home with me.   The next lecture is called How To Use Your Imagination.

I have often heard “change your mind change your life.”  It follows change your thoughts (inner talk) and transform your life.

Week 17H The Power of Thought

I am a writer.  I shape my life one step at a time with persistence.   I am the thespian of my life and with this vocation I laser focus my thoughts as the creator of my reality.

It is through my personal development as a human being I learn to create characters that connect with each other and my readers.   I learn to understand myself so I can learn to understand others.

As a writer, I am a business entrepreneur and the master of my destiny. There are many roads to success, and like the ant, I will try every one until I forge the path that connects me with my destination.  I give myself permission to be happy, successful, earn lots of money, and share my vision with the world giving back all that I gain.

The Blogosphere is doing it again. EATING MY COMMENTS. I’m not Ignoring YOU

COMMENT PROBLEMS

GRRRRR!

 

Comment Problems:  The Blogosphere is doing it again.  EATING MY COMMENTS.  I have signed on with google+, WordPress and Twitter, comments still eaten.  Some with FB sign on let me comment but not all.    It’s crazy.

So Please don’t think I’m ignoring you on purpose

I wrote about this before.

Why does this always happen when I am participating in a blogging event when I really need it to work?  When I am just visiting things seem to work.

Last time I found a way around it, but my way around is not working this time.  It works on some blogs but not all.  I am beginning to think it is program conflict problems or updates causing interference and conflict since it does not always last.   GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I really hope it goes away soon.  I will look to see if any updates and solutions added reference this continuing problem.

The kicker is that Blogs I comment all the time are eating my comments.  I have not clue what is going on because I have not changed anything.  Maintenance tweaks have changed nothing.

This is really aggravating, time-consuming trying to find a solution.  It is ridiculous this has gone on so long.  I found posts to WP on their support site a couple of years old about this very issue.

Even though it happens on Blogger, I think the glitch is a WP issue, possibly updates to themes and/or WP itself.

Haanel Part 17: 34-36
34 – If you wish to eliminate fear, concentrate on courage.
35 – If you wish to eliminate lack, concentrate on abundance.
36 – If you wish to eliminate disease, concentrate on health

The first 4 questions at the end of the reading of Part 17, I thought powerful, applicable, and a truth to common reason.

  • What is the true method of concentration?  To become so identified with the object of your thought that you are conscious of nothing else.
  • What is the result of this method of concentration?  Invisible forces are set in motion which irresistibly bring about conditions in correspondence with your thought.
  • What is the controlling factor in this method of thought?  Spiritual Truth.
  • Why is this so?  Because the nature of our desire must be in harmony with the Natural Law.

The wealth of my life overflows giving to me the power of perception, the wisdom of the ages, honing my intuition and building sagacity into my character.

I give myself permission to live abundantly in all areas, fully and in joy.  Grow in wealth, hope, and confidence sharing the gifts with those I meet throughout my journey.  I give myself permission to dance in joy, live in grace and operate in love.

This is a song about Life, Love, and Hope.  The presentation amuses me.  Change is a kind of death.  Death to the old to make room for the new.

The more I read Haanel the more I see the reflections of the spiritual truth I was taught as I a child, and like that child, I flow into them without resistance.

Week 16 OH HAPPY DAY!

I was going to use the song This Little Light of Mine, but changed my mind, and decide to use this song instead.  Even though a religious song it is so beautiful.  A  perfect example of a light shining in a human voice.

I love this kid’s voice and the sound of this group from the movie Sister Act.  Such a beautiful voice.  It gives me joy just to listen to it.  I can feel my spirit sing with him.

KINDNESS

Something to share.  I think this blog post a must read this week written by Lori King in week 16, also these by  JeanSFiona and James Jowers.

 Despite my increased awareness for kindness this week there have been incidents that engendered an overwhelming sadness within me that rode along with kindness.  I know this is my old blueprint.  I have used the Law of Substitution yet I find myself in a yo-yo cycle.

Why?  And why now?  I examined these feeling following them to a deeper underlying source. It’s been 25  years, December 2, 1991, since I lost my dad to cancer, but deeper still the death of my mother when I was a teenager still in school. (35 years coming up Jan, 25th, 1981)

I still feel like that child in this place.  It’s yesterday, old blueprint.  I thought I had already dealt and made peace with this a few years ago. I’ve lived a lot of years since then having made the choice to celebrate the life they lived by living mine to the best of my ability.

 The Law of Rhythm.   I live, I grow, and I succeed through challenges and successes in the rise and fall of life.  I must practice, The Law of Dual Thought better.  I had not realized I let it slip.

Odd thing, it was not thought that took me to that place but an unrelated incident that triggered the FEELINGS which when examined led me to that root.

Law of Substitution   We cannot think about 2 things at the same time.  If a negative thought enters your mind  –  try to think about God instead.  If that is too big a reach at the time, use any fond memory or other pleasant thought.  Jesus, the master Teacher, said  “Resist not evil”  meaning turn from it and think about something else instead.

Law of Dual Thought

“Thought is a combination of ideation and feeling.  We can attach any feeling to a thought we want.”  

How does one attach new or positive emotion to such an event?  It is the emotion that caused me to stumble as my thoughts were not directly involved until I examined the “the feeling” in search of a causation.  Any advice?

This journey for me is about personal growth and achieving my dreams.  I recognized that my own thought process that I accumulated through time in the things learned in the living, the experience, my education and life and world environment needed work and reshaping.  My own perceptions and point of view held me back a barrier to “being” my best me.

Week 15 If anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.” Philippians 4:8″

I’ve been sick this week.  Started as cold now deep in my chest.  Sitting still and quieting the noise is all I’ve felt like doing.   Missed some reads mainly because I slept away a couple of days while sick.  I’ve had a headache I can’t seem to shake which is throwing my concentration off, so now this post may reflect my struggle.    LOL, laughing-at-self did discover it’s harder to have no opinion when you don’t feel well and are cranky.

I’ve visited around and read some other blogs.  This bible verse stood out to me on Lori King’s blog.

“…whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.” Philippians 4:8”

Playing yo-yo and tug-a-war switching my focus.  @@ I feel great.  I am healthy, happy, joyful and full of energy.

I am grateful for my life and health.

I am grateful for my challenges so I might learn, overcome and soar.

I am grateful for all the opportunity and blessings that come my way.  I am grateful that I act and respond to all the opportunities and blessings that shape my life allowing me to give back and inspire others.

I am grateful for the spirit of light that touches my soul and guides me through the maze of my life revealing my truth.

Week 14 The Creative Power of Thought. Believe!

My MKE Journey year!

I wrote a Letter to God in 2009 when I was going through a different type of struggle than I am now in my life, but there are similarities.  One line I wrote when I reread it, about the fourth paragraph down, stood out.

“When I turned to look I became distracted by the noise around me.”

Distracted by the noise…  That is what I love about the Master Key Experience is that it is helping me learn to filter out the noise, even in the middle of chaos.

Meditation/prayer has evolved as I seek to connect with the universe.  I was just recently reading a science article where they talked about some of the new understandings of quantum physic and the theory of parallel universes and its relation to string theory.  Things that were considered total fiction are now being considered as working theories of possibilities.

I’ve always said magic is just a science that we do not understand YET.  Going through the MMK, certainly reinforces that thought for me, as I learn techniques that build me up while taking actionable steps that bring about the desired consequence. “Knowledge does not apply itself.”  “Reap what you sow.”

Mind is awareness–Thought is energy, and the two together, are powerful allies.  Makes me want to write a story or watch Star Wars.  The Force is with us fellow padawans.

I’m working on learning to navigate the “white noise” of my life.

MOVIE ASSIGNMENT

I watched October Sky for my movie assignment this week.  Homer Hickman looked up at the night sky on October 4, 1957, when the Soviet Union successfully launched Sputnik I and a dream was born.

Imagination in flight.

  1. Definite Major Purpose – Inspired by the race between nations to get the first man on the moon a dream was born.  In high school, in a small coal mining town, Homer had an idea to build a rocket that could fly higher than any other.  It started that simple as a science project.   He wanted to be an astronaut.
  2. Positive Mental Attitude – Homer never doubted that he could build a rocket that would fly higher than any other and learn what he needed to know to do it.  He had faith in himself.   He dream of something bigger than himself, outside the small world he lived in on a daily basis.  He believed he could do it despite opposition from his own father and the pressure to conform to others ideas.
  3. Plan of Action -Do the Math.  Gather the supplies.   Build a place to experiment safely.   Trial and Error type approach.  Persist until you succeed thought process, theme, and attitude.  Homer trusted what he knew.  The math.  The science even when they accused his rocket of starting a forest fire.  He was knocked down but then he reexamined his own process.  He looked within.  He redid the math and knew he was right his rocket did not start that fire.
  4. Master Mind Alliance – The whole town got behind him, but it started with his teacher believing and encouraging him and then the rocket boys, his fellow students joined him in achieving the dream, helping to make it happen.   The hope, inspiration, and dream grew until many of the town peoples believed enabling him to achieve his goal.  Homer and the Rocket Boys faced lack of supplies, lack of someone to make needed parts for the rocket, coal mine cave-ins, his father getting injured forcing Homer to quit school to go to work in the coal mines, a strike at the mine where no one cross the line taking an avenue to build what was needed.  Even once he made it to the science fair his project was stolen leaving him nothing to show.  In the end, it was the mastermind alliance that he had built that believed in him and his project, their willingness to sacrifice and help that won the day. He did the work, but it was the strong relationships that he built that gave him his edge to push past all obstacles and make the dream live.  The creativity of others alongside his own dream and knowledge carried his dream into reality.

I love this movie.  Homer went on to work at NASA with astronauts and man walked on the moon, July 20, 1969, as we all know.

MKE PART 14: INTRO

You have found from your study thus far that thought is a spiritual activity and is therefore endowed with creative power. This does not mean that some thought is creative, but that all thought is creative. This same principle can be brought into operation in a negative way, through the process of denial.

THE POWER OF THOUGHT IN ACTION CREATES MAGIC

We carry our phones everywhere we go in our hands.  Our TV’s are light and thin machines we can hang on our walls like pictures.  We possess the technology to successful clone a living thing, grow needed internal and some external organs, travel the sky like birds and on it goes.

MKE PART 14: INTRO

You have found from your study thus far that thought is a spiritual activity and is therefore endowed with creative power. This does not mean that some thought is creative, but that all thought is creative. This same principle can be brought into operation in a negative way, through the process of denial.  

The conscious and subconscious are but two phases of action in connection with one mind. The relation of the subconscious to the conscious is quite analogous to that existing between a weather vane and the atmosphere.  

Just as the least pressure of the atmosphere causes an action on the part of the weather vane, so does the least thought entertained by the conscious mind produce within your subconscious mind action in exact proportion to the depth of feeling characterizing the thought and the intensity with which the thought is indulged.

#1. The Universal Energy in which all motion, light, heat, and color have their origin, does not partake of the limitation of the many effects of which it is the cause, but it is supreme over them all. This Universal Substance is the source of all Power, Wisdom, and Intelligence.
