LAW OF SUBSTITUTION
We cannot think about 2 things at the same time. If a negative thought enters your mind ~ try to think about God instead. If that is too big a reach at the time, use any fond memory or other pleasant thought. Jesus, the Master Teacher, said, “Resist not evil” ~ meaning turn from it and think about something else instead.
For some reason, this keeps playing through my head instead of Stop It and it makes me smile when the thought passes.
“Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming…” ~ Dory
STOP IT! That is what I think, just STOP IT!
My dear friend Ellen Miller suggested “THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU!
And it occurred to me that, ZI FORGIVE YOU, I FORGIVE YOU, I FORGIVE YOU! would benefit in the transmuting of negative thought and energy.
