I’ve been sick this week. Started as cold now deep in my chest. Sitting still and quieting the noise is all I’ve felt like doing. Missed some reads mainly because I slept away a couple of days while sick. I’ve had a headache I can’t seem to shake which is throwing my concentration off, so now this post may reflect my struggle. LOL, laughing-at-self did discover it’s harder to have no opinion when you don’t feel well and are cranky.
I’ve visited around and read some other blogs. This bible verse stood out to me on Lori King’s blog.

Playing yo-yo and tug-a-war switching my focus. @@ I feel great. I am healthy, happy, joyful and full of energy.
I am grateful for my life and health.
